Your participation in Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue’s Rise and Dine fundraising event will support our important work nourishing people and nurturing the planet by rescuing healthy food that would otherwise go to waste. Help us build awareness about the problems of wasted food and hunger. In the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro area, nearly 80,000 children, seniors and families experience hunger regularly. At the same time, the EPA estimates that over one-third of the food produced is wasted. You can be part of the solution at this fundraising event.
There is also the opportunity to purchase chances at great raffle prizes and help fund-a-need in support of Saving Grace’s important mission. You do not have to be present to make a donation or purchase and win raffle prizes.
